Fraud Alert Terms and Conditions

Overview

Fraud Alert is a service provided by Info Quick Solutions, Inc. (IQS). It is provided on an as-is, informational basis only. It does not stop documents from being recorded in your name. You are responsible for accessing any documents mentioned in email alerts and taking appropriate action. By using this service you agree to hold IQS harmless for any and all damages.

IQS reserves the right to suspend email alerts for any person, at any time, if we believe they are misusing the service. It is against the terms and conditions to use this service to scrape data.

Receiving Alerts

Alerts are sent based on the municipality and search terms you enter into the sign up form. IQS makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the information. Contact your municipality with any questions.

IQS is not liable for problems with email addresses, internet service providers, spam filters, or any other technical issues that may prevent sending or receiving alert emails. Alerts are not sent in real time.

Your Data

IQS takes the storing and protection of your personal information seriously. We limit the data we collect to what is necessary to provide and maintain this service. We will never share your information with any third party.

When you sign up, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to any subsequent changes. IQS reserves the right to modify the service and its features at any time.
