Why can't I see images when I view a document?
Images may not appear for several reasons.
- Not Scanned: Some documents, especially older ones, don't have images digitized. You'll only be able to see the index information. In the image pane you will see the message “No Images Available”.
- Restricted Images: Images may be restricted, especially for sensitive documents. This varies based on document type and the Clerk or Register's preferences.
TIP: If images are available for a document, the View button on the search screen will contain an asterisk (*)
