Why won't an image print?

If you have an Account

Log in and click on the  My Account link on top menu, then go to My Transactions. There you can access and download your purchased images.

If you logged in as a Guest

A receipt has been sent to the email address used to make the transaction. Click on the Download Images link at the bottom of the receipt.

NOTE: In some towns you will need an account in order to print. Then you will see the Print/Download button above the image.
