Why Won't PDF Print?

Images, especially older ones including maps, may be large in size depending on how they were scanned. 

If you're having trouble printing a PDF, try downloading it and printing as an Image which optimizes the file.

NOTE: Make sure you have a way to open PDFs. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free to download.

Right click on the selected PDF on your desktop, then select Open with Acrobat Reader DC.

When the PDF opens, click on File (top left), then select Print (at bottom).

Make sure Fit is selected.

Click on  Advanced (top right) and make sure  Print As Image (at bottom) is selected.

File may take a few minutes, but it is optimized to print.
